01

Who may use KU Spark

You must be at least 18 years old, be a current Kasetsart University student, and control a valid @ku.th email address. You must provide accurate account information and must not create an account for another person. KU Spark may require re-verification and may close an account that is ineligible.

02

Your account

  • Keep your password and verification codes confidential and promptly report suspected compromise.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify KU Spark of unauthorized access.
  • One person may not operate deceptive duplicate accounts or evade a suspension or ban.
03

Using the service

KU Spark provides student discovery, matching, messaging, uploads, reporting, and feedback features. You must follow the Community Guidelines and applicable law. Matches, identity claims, compatibility, conduct, or offline safety are not guaranteed. Exercise judgment, protect personal information, and meet in public places.

04

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, format, transmit, display, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce KU Spark. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies that must be retained for safety, legal obligations, dispute evidence, or reasonable backup cycles.

  • Only upload content you own or are authorized to share.
  • Do not publish another person’s private or sensitive information without permission or another lawful basis.
  • You may remove content through the available product controls; removal from active views may occur before verified storage deletion finishes.
05

Safety, moderation, and enforcement

KU Spark may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content, preserve evidence, warn, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or law. Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate action. Where appropriate, the service will explain the decision and provide a route to appeal through Feedback and Request.

06

Service availability and third parties

KU Spark may change, pause, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Third-party services such as email delivery and GIF search have their own terms and availability. The Operator does not exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under Thai law.

07

Ending your account

You may request account deletion through the privacy-request process. KU Spark will remove or anonymize data according to the Privacy Policy, while retaining limited records where law, safety, a valid legal hold, or legal claims require them. The Operator may terminate an account for ineligibility or a material violation.

08

Changes, governing law, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights continue to apply. Material changes receive a new version and may require renewed acceptance. Contact the Operator through Feedback and Request for questions, complaints, or appeals.
